About Louise Buur
I have a BSc in Biomedicine and a MSc in Computational Biomedicine both from University of Southern Denmark in Odense. I was introduced to mass spectrometry and analyzing proteins while working on my bachelor’s project. I enjoyed working in the lab, but I found the data processing and interpretation to be more interesting. This lead me to choose a master’s degree where I was able to improve my bioinformatic skills and for my master’s project I continued to work with mass spectrometry data from protein experiments.
In my free time I like to knit and crochet while listening to podcasts, audiobooks or music. I also really enjoy riding my bike, both for transportation and on a day off just to get some fresh air.
